Our Approach to AI

Halcyon Theatricals uses artificial intelligence tools to assist with aspects of content creation, operational efficiency, and communications. We believe in transparency about how and where AI is used in our work.

Where AI May Be Used

AI tools may be used to assist in drafting website copy and editorial content, which is then reviewed, edited, and approved by our team; developing early versions of marketing materials and communications; and generating candidate language for internal documents, summaries, and correspondence. In all cases, human review and judgment are applied before any content is finalized or published.

What AI Is Not Used For

Artificial intelligence is not used to replace the creative and artistic judgments at the core of what Halcyon Theatricals does. Our producing decisions, creative partnerships, artistic direction, and relationships with artists are entirely human-driven. We do not use AI to create final marketing imagery or photography representing our productions without disclosing this clearly.

Accuracy and Human Oversight

AI-generated content can contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. Our team carefully reviews all AI-assisted content before it is used. If you notice any inaccuracies on our site, we encourage you to contact us.
